This mini electronic board is taking care of multiple keyboards, or sets of potentiometers. It has no keyboard scanning ability on board, instead it works with up to 5 scanners of any kind. Equipped with scanners it creates midi hardware required for up to 640 keys in 10 keyboards plus 64 potentiometers. Typical application is MIDI controller for VTPO (Virtual Pipe Organ) like Hauptwerk, MidiTzer and others, where multiple keyboards, stops, pistons and other controls are much appreciated

The board shown above has 5 connectors for scanners, two MIDI socket, and the smallest one is for power supply. There are also 2 header pins for connecting the "EDIT" button, the one that alows to change every setting of the board.
With additional scanners the system can be freely upgraded to a larger one. No modification is needed to run this board as just 16 keys controller or full blown system with 640 keys and 64 potentiometers. It's only a matter of plugging another type of scanner. There can be 5 chains of keyboard scanners, and 1 chain of potentiometer scanners (up to 64 pot inputs total). download user manual for standard version Email for details | |
