This is a handheld, battery operated device for entering MIDI Program Change. It is only able to generate MIDI Program Change messages in channel 1, but the main advantage is that it is reasonably small and lightweight, and it can work for very long time without worying about battery change. It does not even have a power switch, the power consumption is so low. Works with typical 9V battery (6LR61, 6F22, 1604A, MN1604)

It is ready to use boxed device with only one connector - MIDI OUT, as seen in the picture below
