This board is useful when you need some analog inputs and POT32X is too big. It can be daisy-chained to grow into bigger MIDI system. It has 12 analog inputs, that can be used to scan potentiometers, or external voltages, so it can be treated as building block for VST knob box, control interface for virtual instrument or CV-to-MIDI converter useful for recording voltage signals.

This board desn't have MIDI connections onboiard, it needs master controller like MRG3, or POT32 to work. It just adds more analog inputs to your system built with midi-hardware.com boards

The board has 1 black connectors, as shown in the photo above. All inputs are groupped there, with addition of 0V and +5V pins to simplify potentiometer connection. See the schematic:
